Reuben In A Bowl ( Carol Layman ) - I actually sautéed a small head of cabbage and after it was done added two cans of sauerkraut (only drain one can). Added turkey pastrami heated through then added shredded Swiss cheese. Made my own thousand island dressing. So easy.
