Laura Ingalls Wilder-I believe this was the house in town, in Mansfield, MO, that Laura and Almanzo lived in for a few years during the late 1890's, when Laura was in her late twenties & early thirties. During this time she took in boarders and served meals to local railroad workers while Almanzo worked in town as an oil salesman and general deliveryman.
