Snickerdoodle Protein Shake 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used ProFusion by Muscle-Link in Tahitian Vanilla) 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon flaxseed 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional, I used PB2) 1 cup ice cubes Blend and enjoy! =)
Gluten-free, Sugar-free, Egg-free Peanut Butter & Banana Chocolate Chunk Cookies. I'm sure they are great as is - I subbed PB2 powder for the peanut butter and non-fat plain yogurt for the oil. Additionally I used 1/2 C. choc. chips and 1/2 C. blueberries. I flattened the cookies a little before baking - they don't spread out at all. Delicious!
