Corn Casserole - I use 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix, a box of cream cheese (8 oz. softened), a stick of butter (melted), a can of cream corn and a can of whole kernel corn-15 oz size (don't pour off the liquid). I mix all together with a spoon, pour into a 9 x 13" pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake in a preheated oven on 350 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown! That's it!
