Blueberry Baked Oatmeal - My girls (3 and 2) LOVED this according to my husband. I made it the night before and they had it for breakfast. I made this blueberry version cuz we had just picked yummy fresh ones. I didn't put banana slices on the bottom, mine were overripe so I just mixed them in with the oats and it turned out fine. There actually was none left for me to try, it disappeared :-)

I used granulated garlic as well as powdered & used Mrs Dash Onion & Herb seasoning as my seasoning salt, no pepper. Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breast, 1/2 c parmesan cheese,1 c Greek yogurt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt 1/2 tsp pepper,spread mix over chicken breasts, bake at 375 45 mins

Cranberry Bars. I've been making these for years and they are a favorite! I use 2 cups of oats instead of 1 and use more cinnamon.

Made these tonight. I've only ever made the Tollhouse recipe & they always turned out flat & greasy & crispy. These are soft & fluffy. Will definitely make these again.

Southwestern Tofu Scramble. First time I've made tofu. The hubs loved it, the girls ate every bite once they got hungry enough :-) At first they wouldn't eat it cuz of the green of the zucchini but they discovered it was yummy. I added a can of low sodium black beans, omitted the cilantro cuz I hate it, mixed the salsa in instead of serving on the side and used Colby cheese. Overall a success, I think! It would be good for lunch or dinner, too
