Cold Fighting Couscous Chicken Soup - my favorite chicken noodle soup has lots of healthy ingredients, including ginger, garlic, and lemongrass, and it's bright and cheery flavor always makes me feel better.
Crock pot Beef Stew - This was insanely delicious! It was more of a soup consistency rather than a stew but it was great none the less. I added corn and green beans to mine because that's just the way I like. I will make this again and again!
