Scalloped Potatoes

Scalloped Potatoes

Heres a great scalloped potato recipe thats so easy and absolutely delicious. The leftovers are just as good, maybe even better, the next day. This is one of my favorite and most prepared recipes, from my 1971 Florence Junior Welfare League cookbook.

SIDE DISHES: Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole. I love that this cheesy, casserole looks sinful, yet it is healthy, as well! It's also a great way to get kids to eat their broccoli and cauliflower. Now that is the true testament of a fantastic dish! #colorful #harvest #recipe
