No that is not hardwood, it is stamped concrete! found this idea on a local contractor’s website. We contacted him immediately to get an estimate. I have a love for wood that is dark and rustic, so to be able to have the warmth of a deck combined with the ease of concrete? Heavenly! I’ve never seen anything like this before

So we had to cut a very large tree down, so instead of turning it into fire wood we turned it into a patio. We love it. We used 3-4 inch slabs of western red cedar, laid on a base of rock and sand, with 1/2 inch crushed rock in between. Enjoy.

Stamped concrete that looks like hardwood flooring (so cool) and I love the pillars with the stone. All outdoor patio and porch for the new house.

Screw the fiberglass panels that form the under-deck roof to the purlins. This will be great for a shed to stay dry under the deck.
