Food I Have Made
I love to cook and am one of those that takes pictures of food I cook. Photo quality is not always the best but you get the idea.
So I got a new Nomiku sous vide and the first thing I tried was eggs. Was looking for the custardy yolk. Went a little too far and made it to the next level... whole yolks but, when smashed, turned smooth and almost creamy. Really great. And who doesn't like a smile at breakfast? :-)
This is an original Shepherd's Pie because my wife wanted it. Gluten free and delicious. Ground 'meatloaf mix' sauteed with veggies and beef broth, seasoned with fresh rosemary then thickened with corn starch. Pour into the dish, top with mashed potatoes & shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 45min. Fantastic !!
