Crock Pot Baked Potatoes -- what a great idea! Great for summertime, too, when you don't want to heat your oven! We do this all the time only we don’t even wrap ours! Just scrub, spray lightly the crockpot and potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. The skins get yummy and delicious just like at a restaurant!! - going to try this!

Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles ~~~ These are really easy to make, I served them as a side with Petite Turkey Meatloaf for dinner, but this would also make an elegant side dish for Easter dinner if you double the recipe. You can prep them ahead of time, then roast them just before serving. ~~~ NOTE: we alway cook the bacon half way first, that way it does crisp up, and we like our bacon crisp :)

There are several methods to baking a potato, but this is my favorite because the potato skin is crispy and salty and the insides are soft and fluffy.

The Best Broccoli of Your Life. A friend said it tasted like a Ruggle's (it's a fancy restaurant in Houston, TX) style veggie. MAKE THIS. My husband HATES vegetables. And he absolutely loves, loves, loves this dish. He even talks about it to his friends and family. A fantastic broccoli recipe. Probably the best broccoli of your life.
