Sitting in the "way back" of the station wagon. Remember this like it was yesterday!
Sitting backwards in the station wagon// My baby-sitter had a station wagon so her 3 kids, plus me and my sister packed into to one of these without the fancy car seats or even seat belts... One of the most memorable road trips was going to see Star Wars... ahh, the good ol' days. :) -mp
The great woodgrain station wagon. my first car was a blue woodgrain pinto stationwagon
Sitting backwards in the station wagon with no seat belts whatsoever! I loved this car growing up! I WOULD SIT IN THE BACK THINKING I WAS THE COOLEST KID AROUND!
Station wagon's @Kelsey Allen - sweet childhood memories ;)
We had a white one with wood trim and red seats. The back window rolled down and you could sit in little jump seats in the very back. If the car exhaust started getting to you , you could just hop over 2 rows of seats and sit with mom. Just dont bump her if shes putting on her red lipstick. I think it's was to detract from the rollers in her hair. :) love ya mom!

Childhood Memories •~• pencil sharpener
Don't know a couple, but nice walk down memory lane!
I remember using these sharpeners starting in first grade. We had to use "fat" pencils in first grade to "properly" learn to print letters. The wall mounted pencil sharpener had a dial to choose the size pencil you were sharpening. Something the "bad" kids would do would be to move the dial to a wrong setting after they had used the sharpener. Oh, the days when "bad kids" did annoying things like that instead of the horrible things they do today
