This is what my classmate Catherine Lin feels is her core inspiring pattern. A sunflower. It is very beautiful and she really likes the beauty in nature so ill see how I can implement this design into her visual image representation and content map.

fabulous shawl, beautiful colours and lace! Tuscan Sunflower is a beautiful shawl knit in the round worked from the center to the edge and is comprised of six sections. The center motif utilizes double yarn overs on working rows and increases on resting rows. This charted pattern is very versatile. Using different materials and smaller needles you can have a beautiful table cloth; bigger needles, a lap blanket. http://www.knitpicks.com/patterns/tuscan-sunflower-shawl.html

To make this shot I had half an hour to get wet in the rain, to catch the movement of the clouds. Panorama in two rows : 12 mm for the bottom and 40 mm top. Pleasant contemplation.

The real things haven't changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong. ~ Laura Ingalls Wilder
