MAKE “hard boiled” eggs in the oven!

No fuss hard boiled eggs..... Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A mini muffin pan works perfectly for containing the eggs (clever, huh?) Immediately after baking place eggs, using tongs, into a huge bowl of ice water for 15 minutes... to stop the cooking. This will also remove the tiny brown spots created by baking the eggs. Can't wait to try this!

String cheese chopped into bite size pieces, dipped in milk and bread crumbs, baked at 425 for 8-10 minutes- serve with marinara sauce!
