Foil Chicken Parmesan : Spray each sheet (12X18) of foil. Put one boneless breast in ctr of each. Spoon 1/4c pasta sauce over each breast. Top each with some sliced zucchini or broccoli florets (may sprinkle veg. with some Italian seasoning, garlic/pepper seasoning). Sprinkle 1 or 2Tbsp grated parmesan on each. Seal well, leave room for steam. Grill on Med-Hi heat, covered, 15-20min. (to 170deg). Open packets and sprinkle about 1/4c shredded mozzarella on each breast before serving.
