Here is how to make it: ・¾ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt ・¼ cup canned pumpkin ・¼ tsp cinnamon ・¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice ・½-1 Tbsp maple syrup (try stevia or monkfruit for a low sugar option) ・toppings of choice: I like granola, pepitas, almond butter and/or pumpkin butter 1️⃣ Put all ingredients in a bowl, besides the toppings, and stir until everything is mixed together. High protein, low carb, gluten free, absolutely delicious breakfast or dessert idea. 4 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup of almond flour (can use regular flour if allergic to nuts) 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt Zest of 1 lemon 2 tb raw honey (or another sweetener of your choice) 2 tb melted butter Combine these in a bowl or blend and mix Melt 1 tb butter in an oven safe pan Add 1 cup of blueberries Pour in your batter 450 for 15-18 minutes Can serve plain or with maple syrup. You can also add a little powdered sugar on top if serving as a dessert. Save this one, you won’t regret it!
