For Thanksgiving Dinner, I wanted a simple side salad and I can’t eat most commercially-made dressings. I whipped up cranberries in the InstantPot, added vinegar and spices, and dressed the salad with it.
Sweet potato fries cooked in a Phillips Airfryer (1 tsp. oil), 12 -15 minutes cook time. Serve with goat yoghurt and dill dressing, or sprinkle with salt and vinegar (no malt if you are Celiac). So good!
Dried sea kelp makes a great gluten free “noodle” without the carbs. Love this on salads, or as a simple side to any main entree and a salad.
