Total comfort food...Tuna Noodle Casserole. This recipe looks delicious and totally gourmet for a simple basic dish. In my house we do it simple one can mushroom soup, thin sliced cheddar, tuna, elbow macaroni and a few breadcrumbs bake for 20 mins at 350.

Broccoli-Rice-Cheese Casserole - {GG Review: a very delicious side dish that is an excellent way to use up leftover rice. I made a half-recipe with white rice and frozen broccoli (which I did not steam, just mixed it in). I also added a tiny bit of sour cream for a little extra moisture and some salt/pepper for seasoning. Baked at 375 for about 30-35 minutes. Definitely will make this again!)
