Eating clean meal plan. Melissa's plan is great. The food is mostly clean, but budget friendly. I agree that if you are eating healthy at least 80% of the time, you will benefit from that effort. (It is better than most people!)
4 Ingredient Pancakes! They actually taste really good. Gluten-free, Paleo Friendly, Low Calorie, High Protein breakfast. Ingredients: 3 Bananas 3 Eggs 1/2 C Nut Butter (I used almond butter) 2 t. Cinnamon Directions: Mix Everything together Cook on Skillet, about 2 minutes each side.
This Avocado Chicken is healthy and delicious! I baked the chicken breasts for 45 minutes at 300* I topped each breast with a few slices of avocado, a slice of tomato, a d some harvarti cheese, a d put it under the broiler until the cheese melted! Moist, flavorful and delicious!! 8/21/2013
