The Meditation Collective is NOW being held at Chi Space .. a studio in Balaclava, Melbourne, Australia dedicated to the practice of Qigong - both Integrative and Classical. Our focus and purpose is the promotion of wellbeing, self-healing, preventative health and connection, both to the self and others. We share our practices with small groups and encourage the releasing of busyness, hurrying and rushing. Come in early, drink tea, chat, connect.
Launched April 2017 at the beautiful Chi Space in Balaclava (VIC, Australia) we are offering a weekly Sunday night guided meditation gathering. An opportunity for participants to meditate in a warm and welcoming group setting, with a range of different teachers and techniques; also supporting local and visiting teachers to share their unique practices and skills, and build community. A not for profit project founded by Quiet Mind Meditation.

So excited to be re-launching the Meditation Collective at the delightful Chi Space (Balaclava, Melbourne). We have been searching for a new home and now we have found it. EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT 7-8pm .. sit with a range of different teachers, varied meditation practices and techniques, with a focus on relaxing and effortless meditation. Perfect end to the weekend and foundation for the working week ahead.
A deconstructed meditation practice. Starting with some simple but profound Meditative Exercises (to instantly release stress and tension) that when put together, provide a seamless mindfulness based meditation for home practice. Simple as 1-2-3-4
Another opportunity to share meditation .. with a mini mantra workshop at Chi Space (Balaclava). A mantra is often referred to as a 'vehicle for the mind' .. and in this class we shall silently weave our mantra into our breath (and our breath into our mantra).
