Cut slits in tenderloin, put apple slices into slits, drizzle with honey and top with cinnamon, add onion slices on top. Add extra apple slices around the pork and a little apple juice. 3-4 hours on low setting in the crockpot.

Mark's English Sausage Rolls- had these in Jenessa's First Grade "Around the World" party. They were awesome!! :)

Slow Cooker Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches- only 3 ingredients! Perfect for potluck or when you need to feed large groups. From one of my favorite blogs:

Crock Pot Ham. Cover the bottom of the crock pot with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. What do I like more than bacon? You guessed it! A honey-baked ham in my house lasts maybe....never mind--I'm not going to tell all my dirty little secrets:)

Poppyseed Ham and Cheese Sliders •1 lb deli ham •1/2 lb cheese •24 dinner rolls •1/2 cup butter •2 Tbsp mustard •1 T Worcestershire •1 T poppy seeds •1/3 c brown sugar Fill 9 x 13 pan with sammy's. Bring to a soft boil: butter, mustard, worcestershire, poppy seeds, and brown sugar. Pour sauce over top of sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for appx 20 mins.

    Really like this, although I think next time (and yes, there totally will be a next time!), I will just cut down on the about a teaspoon instead of the 2 tablespoons it calls for...but the meat just fell apart and the flavor was scrumptious! lgc
