The Rifleman was on from 1958 to 1963..Chuck Connors was Lucas McCain, the widowed Dad raising his son Mark (Johnny Crawford) on a ranch in New Mexico in the late 1890's or so...It's still on today..There are morals & values that are portrayed in every episode...& valuable lessons always learned.
