Yoga Sequence For Slimmer, Sculpted Inner Thighs Warmer weather means wearing less and ditching the long pants for shorts � are you ready to bare your legs? Here's a yoga sequence specifically designed to tone the inner thighs so you'll feel confident slipping on those short skirts and bikini bottoms.
Yoga Sequence: Crescent Moon (9) - from Warrior 3, step your left leg toward the back of your mat, rising up into Warrior 1. Then open your hips, arms, and chest, coming to warrior 2. From here, gently arch back, resting left hand on the back of left leg. Raise right arms overhead, feeling stretch in right side of body. Right knee should be directly over ankle.
