Imagine this with cubes of grilled chicken inside and scooped up with pita bread you drizzled with butter, olive oil and parmesan and then baked till just slightly brown and cut into triangles. I guess we all know what Angela shall be eating this weekend!
Spinach dip. I LOVE dips, and needed more recipes for spinach since it's only sold in massive quantities. I skipped the artichoke for extra spinach and it turned out GREAT. Easy to make a small batch for a late night snack.
