Who needs a brain massage?!?!? Frankincense is great for anything neurological. It's practically brain food. Peppermint is invigorating and perks you up. And wild orange is almost magical. It helps turn off a racing mind and allows you to focus. You can put these 3 in an essential oil diffuser OR you can take take a drop of each and add to about 1/2 teaspoon of olive, almond or coconut oil and use topically to massage the back of your neck, upper shoulders, etc. It's a brain massage!
