Brazil Butt Lift Exercise... Squat Arabesque To make your butt higher… Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Squat and hold for one count, as shown; as you stand up, raise arms and lift left leg straight behind you, as shown. Return to start; switch sides. Do 15 reps on each side.
