Weave Your Bacon - The ultimate in bacon preparation, the BACON WEAVE. Line a baking sheet with Foil or Parchment Paper Cut Bacon slices in half. Weave the bacon like a basket. Place a cooling rack on top to make sure the bacon stays flat. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at about 350 - 400 degrees (depending on how crispy you like it).
