Crockpot Ribs: Didn't follow the recipe exactly, instead of the suggested spices I used a beef and pork rub that we use on steaks. Putting them in the oven with the broiler was a terrible idea; it burnt everything up. Next time I won't put it in the broiler but might bake it after slow cooking or eat it straight from the crock. The meat was super delicious! Will make again with modifications.
