Creating home outside

My husband, young daughter and I just moved into our first real house! Our new city-sized backyard is a blank slate, waiting for our ideas. The plan? An urban micro-farm: productive, vibrant, and buzzing with life. I'm inspired by classic vegetable gardens, industrial chic, and my desire to create spaces for child's play, entertaining, and relaxing.
