Itty Bitty Tummy Workout- This workout is awesome if you wanna shrink your waist and get a flat toned tummy! Szilvie's verdict: Best ab workout I've seen so far - but still too difficult for me! guess it just means I have to work out more, heh. Great bc doesn't require any equipment. Could only do 1 round, and even then, had to reduce some of the reps of each exercise. Not sure if doing bicycle crunches properly :S
