They call this the "Swiss Army Knife of CrossFit Equipment". I think that's a pretty good description. If you have limited space, but don't want to skimp out on functionality the Iron Beam could be a pretty good option. Bolt it down well though or you may find yourself in the 2012 CrossFit "fails of the year" :)
