This gorgeous side dish couldn't be easier to make, and it couldn't be more delicious, either! Grilled corn is topped with Mexican table cream, chipotle peppers and queso fresco for a dish that can only be described as "total yum."

Bread Pudding - this is a recipe I adapted from Sara Labensky's On Cooking. Her technique of adding liquid to the stale bread before the custard kept the bread from getting soggy while baking. It's not mushy but tender and moist.

I used diced tomatoes, cut the sugar in half, reduced the butter by at least half as well, and added finely sliced green onions - whites and tops all. I lightly broiled just before serving to reduce the liquid.
