Eggs Benedict Casserole...Contest Winner from Taste of Home. I think I would just make the Hollandaise from a packet and this would really be even more simple! Can be made ahead and baked the next day for an elegant and taste breakfast or brunch!
1 loaf of french bread-16 oz 8 eggs 3 cups milk 6 Tbs sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 Tablespoons butter oven @ 350 degrees. 1. butter 9×13 dish 2. cube up french bread 3. Whisk together eggs,milk,cinnamon, vanilla extract and 2 TBS of sugar. 4. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the bread and let it sit -prepare the topping. 5. Mix butter,sugar (4 Tbs) and cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Sprinkle over the top of the bread. 6. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes
