It's so important to let children do things themselves. You don't need to "do it the right way" — just doing it is enough. Of course, a two year-old isn't old enough to do everything, but you would be surprised how much he can accomplish with just verbal instructions.
Toddler Branch Stacker- This set is handmade of ash branches and is untreated. There are 15 stacking pieces to go on the poles - helpful for learning counting and more/less as well as developing fine motor skills. The base measures approximatey 4 - 5 inches in diameter and each stacking smaller piece is between one to two inches in diameter.
ART Activity: "Bubble Wrap Paint and Explore!" Great sensory/texture activity! Can be done indoors or outdoors, just cover and stick bubble wrap over table and pour some paint... Children might need encouragement running their fingers over the bubble wrap at first, but soon they will love the new experience! For a more process-oriented activity provide different objects for children to explore the paint with, such as soft sponges, scrubbing sponges, plastic flowers, toy cars, etc.
