Why not- 3-Day Military diet - - just finished the first "three day" bit, and it wasn't too bad. I felt full after each meal (especially supper) and if nothing else it has taught me a bit about portion control. I cheated a little on day 2 so the next go-round, I'll be a bit stricter.
