Why not- 3-Day Military diet - - just finished the first "three day" bit, and it wasn't too bad. I felt full after each meal (especially supper) and if nothing else it has taught me a bit about portion control. I cheated a little on day 2 so the next go-round, I'll be a bit stricter.

Military Diet Plan Breakfast Day 1. I have personally done this diet 2 times before (starting it again today) it's only three days and it claims you can loose up to 10 lbs. First time I did it I lost 8lbs, second time 11lbs, I only use this diet when I have plateaued for longer than 3 weeks. It's not something I recommend doing often but it's great to jump start your weightloss again.
Yesterday, I completed 105 pushups (in 5 sets). When I started this program, I could only do 6 modified pushups! This is a great program.
