What a great idea, from my favorite WLS blogger. Made from an old pair of jeans to remind her that she's "never going back". Thanks @Michelle Vicari!
Each bag is a bit different as I try out new things and according to the properties of the jeans I have available. I only use jeans that have something wrong with them - holes or bad stains - and use the bits that still have lots of life in them. A fun denim blue jean picture frame that your teen can use to hang pictures of friends in their room. Hang just one or make it part of a collage on your teen's bedroom wall. You'll need: A back pocket of an old pair of jeans 6 to 8 inches of gross grain ribbon Needle and thread Scissors
The ultimate recycle. Make your own shoes from tires and old blue jeans. Would have been fun to add the jean snaps as a fasteners rather than buying shoe laces & eyelets.
