A variation of Nok's coconut oatmeal. I use blackberries and add coconut butter.

Blueberry Coconut Baked Steel Cut Oatmeal Recipe- In this recipe I used lots of fresh blueberries and some dried ones too. They are all baked into the oatmeal and I made a fresh blueberry sauce too.

This is the best and most awesome breakfast cookie ever! And the best part, no flour, no sugar, and no dairy added!  Ingredients-  1.5 cups of oats,  2-3 super ripe bananas, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce,  handful of craisins, Cinnamon to taste. Just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and eat. It's great and super healthy for you!

This (could be) the BEST baby or toddler food! I puree sweet potatoes. Then add spinach, zucchini, one banana, 3 eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon and oats. Bake it up like pancakes. For your baby, break into small bite sizes. Toddlers can eat them whole.  Sounds perfectly amazing!!
