#31, for me, is the cell phone (I don't wear a watch). I get my phone out of my pocket to check the time, see some messages coming through (FB, email, text, etc.) and get distracted. Then 10 seconds after I put it in my pocket it's back out so I can check the time. And no kidding...if more messages come through in that 10 secs, the cycle repeats!
