fig, honey and almonds: halve figs and put on a lipped baking sheet. add 2 handfuls of roughly chopped blanched almonds. drizzle over honey and roast in a hot oven until the almonds are toasted and the figs soft. serve with vanilla ice cream.
Bacon, Egg & (opt) Toast cups -- we do these all the time but when we are eating low carb I just tear a piece of bacon (pre cooked) in half and make an "x" in each muffin cup -- then crack the egg in each one and they come out great -- look Mom, NO CARBS!
Loaded Potato Casserole Recipe! Made this and it was a HUGE hit w/the family. It was delicious!!! So flavorful and easy to make. The only thing I changed was that I added diced onions to the layers. This recipe will definitely go into my dinner rotation!
