Bacon-Cheese Potatoes..recipe calls for crock pot but one comment on the blog said this: I cooked them in the oven at 400 degrees for an hour in a 9 x 13 baking dish covered tightly by aluminum foil and they turned out delicious. So I may do that:) Enjoy.
Ultra-Crispy Roast Potatoes..one of my favorite side dishes. Microwave quartered potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain water. Drizzle a fair amount of olive oil over the potatoes, gently toss the potatoes, and sprinkle with oregano. Put in a hot oven 450 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.So easy!
