Backstage at Milan Fashion Week with Jeremy Scott, creative director of Moschino. Loved hearing Jeremy’s inspiration for the collection first hand
Ralph Lauren and I backstage at his show a few years back. This is the one show I insist on attending at NY Fashion week as his designs are accessible to every woman & perfect for the office
Back to school is always a struggle to get back into routine. Simplify your mornings by moving 6 key pieces to the front of your closet; a classic blazer, a sharp white shirt, a sleeveless dress, a tailored skirt, suede boots & a fall scarf
Mules are a great transition shoe for fall. They offer the look of a closed shoe but are also a nice breathable option for those unexpected hot September days
I love my comfy Moschino espadrilles... so much that they're no longer white! My advise if your favourite shoes are showing their wear: move them from your overcrowded closet to your mud room and use them as stylish garden shoes
Loved running into Dean and Dan Caten at a Toronto cocktail party. The Dsquared2 designers are so fun... Coincidentally I was wearing an entire Dsquared2 ensemble!
I’ve always thought of Tania Kim the perfect example of a Toronto women - sophisticated, stylish & great fun. Would love to dress her
Dressing supermodel Winnie Harlow for Nord Magazine was a pleasure. She is an inspiring young women, and a great role model for our daughters https://nordmagazine.com/2015/12/17/winnie-harlow-jonathan-hooper/?utm_content=buffer79cd3&utm_medium=social&utm_source=pinterest.com&utm_campaign=buffer
Working with Krystal Lunardo of Dauphine Magazine is always a joy. Krystal needed an outfit for a segment on ET Canada, so I chose a Dsquared2 fitted jacket to accentuate her great figure
Anna Wintour and I front row at the Roberto Cavalli runway show in Milan. Such an honour to sit with the editor-in-chief of Vogue Magazine
Styling Arlene Dickinson was an experience. She is as inspiring in person as she is on TV. I chose this black power suit for Arlene from Dsquared2 because it accentuated her waist, and added the star broach to soften the overall look. There’s no reason we shouldn’t look fabulous when brokering big deals.
Can women over a certain age wear cut-outs? Look, I’m of a certain age, and I love wearing cut-outs. It depends on you and your confidence, but I’d say if you feel comfortable, go for it.
This peach sorbet colour is huge this season. I love this dress for a day at Woodbine
