June 2017 - Meet Emily from Missouri State University. Emily relies on her sorority sisters to be a support system because she lives three hours from home. "It's really comforting knowing I have sisters that I can turn to when I'm having a bad day.
May 2017 – Meet Sadie Peters from Missouri State University! She wasn't in a sorority her freshman year, but after seeing how much her best friend from high school loved it and felt a part of something bigger, it made her want to give it a try! She loves her sisters because, “They are the best support system I could ever ask for, and constantly challenge me to be my best. They believe in me sometimes more than I believe in myself, and it's amazing to have that sort of support."
April 2017 - Meet Lauren Texter from the University of California Irvine! She joined a sorority because she commuted for her first two years and didn't know anyone at all. Lauren’s sorority allowed her to have friends in her classes, whether they were in her chapter or in another. Lauren’s advice for women going through recruitment is to remember this is for you, no one else. Every chapter has amazing qualities, every chapter has amazing people, and you need to find the best fit for you!
