Early passion for healthy living put me on the path to becoming a Registered Dietitian. Getting certified in personal training only made sense as both aspects are necessary for a healthy outcome. Initially, the private sector helped keep me available to homeschool my three children, who are now adults. I am only beginning to fully pursue my options moving forward. I connect well with those in their twenties as a role model and the older population who appreciate someone who truly cares.
