Our friend Lou M. made this delicious looking gluten-free pizza in her NuWave Oven! She used gluten-free dough from a mix and added all of her favorite ingredients. For those of you who don’t own the NuWave Supreme Pizza Kit, Lou provided instructions on how to make delicious pizza. She said, “I can't tell you how good this was, and best of all, the kitchen stayed cool!”

Larry G. has started training his niece Hannah B. to use the NuWave Oven – not that’s there’s much learning curve! She made Hard-Cooked Eggs and Pineapple Upside Down Cake! At this rate, she's going to be a pro by the time she gets her own Oven! Thanks for sharing Larry! In this picture of Hannah is showing off her Hard-Cooked Eggs. Here is how she made them: 1-inch rack, Power Level 8 for 12 minutes. Leave in oven for 5 minutes, cool in ice water.
Lou M made kabobs in the NuWave! This is what she had to say about her experience, "We usually do these on the gas grill, but it was 104 degrees on the back porch (probably even hotter than that because I was canning salsa on the PIC out there!). In about 10 minutes the kabobs were perfect, and no added heat in the kitchen. ♥" Here is how she made it: Ingredients: Mushrooms Onions Peppers Chicken Directions: 1. Our colleague, Cathy R, took her NuWave tailgating last weekend! Amongst other things, she made delicious bacon-wrapped water chestnuts. She soaked them overnight in maple syrup, honey and soy sauce. She then cooked the chestnuts in her NuWave for 9 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other side.

Cathy R. shared a great recipe for Parmesan Crisps that anyone can make using the NuWave Elite! She told us that these are perfect toppers for French onion soup! She placed 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese in the Silicone Pizza Liner. Then, she placed the liner on the 3-inch rack and cooked at 420°F for 2-3 minutes. Then, using a spatula, she transferred them to a cooling rack before enjoying!

Check out this complete dinner, all made by Laura L. in her NuWave Oven! She stuffed the pork loin with dried apricots soaked in brandy, spinach and goat cheese. Then, she wrapped the pork in bacon and cooked for about 25 minutes. Her veggies were topped with olive oil, kalamata olives and capers and cooked for 10 minutes. It looks delicious, Laura!

This morning, we have this gorgeous NuWave Chicken, sent to us by Tee J. All he did was spray the chicken with some olive oil, coat it with some beer can chicken seasoning and half a can of root beer. It was cooked to perfection in only an hour!

Here is Charketa B’s beautiful 12-pound NuWave turkey. She injected her turkey with her own special seasonings and stuffed it with onions, peppers, celery, carrots and potatoes. Then, following the Cooking Club’s instructional video and Turkey 101, she cooked her turkey for 1 hour and 15 minutes on each side. It looks delicious, Charketa!
