Nails Art, Teal Nails, Alcohol, Nails Polish, Newsprint Nails, Coats, Prints Nails, Newspaper Nails, Nails Tutorials
Newsprint nail art. I will be trying this soon. First cut out ten small (nail size) strips of newsprint. Next, paint your nails with a light polish or clear (2 coats) and let them dry thoroughly. Then either dip each finger in rubbing alcohol and apply the newspaper or dip the newspaper in the alcohol and apply to finger tips and carefully remove. The newsprint should transfer and finish with a clear topcoat.
newspaper nails.. too cute. you can buy them or DIY, cut up pieces of newspaper, then dip them in alcohol and wrap around nail on top of white polish, then put top coat on.
super easy newspaper nails tutorial
Newsprint nails tutorial...might try this with my light teal nail polish soon..
Want newspaper print nails like this? You will need:a small glass of rubbing alcohol, 10 strips of newspaper (bigger than your nails), any nail polish. white, clear, light pink, etc. Step 1: Dip your nails in the alcohol for 5 seconds so the whole nail is wet, press a strip of the newspaper on your nail and hold firmly for 30 seconds. do NOT move the strip, keep it firm. YOU’RE DONE! Now when its dry, go over with a clear coat so it’ll last!
Tinker Tour: The Power of an Armband | John & Mary Beth will be part of our afternoon panel at the conference. www.nysba.org/...

In 1966, John and Mary Beth Tinker and Christopher Eckhart wore black armbands to school as symbols of mourning and hope for an end to the Vietnam War. While they weren't surprised that they were suspended, they never expected that their case would result in a landmark Supreme Court decision. In 1969 the Supreme Court ruled that students don’t “shed their constitutional rights to freedom of speech or expression at the schoolhouse gate.” © Bettmann/CORBIS
John Tinker, 15, and Mary Beth Tinker, 13, decided to protest the Vietnam War by wearing black armbands to their Des Moines schools in 1969. The school threatened to suspend them; however they claimed their right to freedom of speech was being violated. After the case went to the Supreme Court, it found that the actions of the Tinkers in wearing armbands did not cause disruption and held that their activity represented constitutionally protected symbolic speech.
