We get so worried about being "pretty". Let's be pretty kind, pretty funny, pretty smart, pretty strong.

Think about the next big "event" you have coming up? Set a health, fitness, wellness goal around that event date. Having a date of when you want to hit your goal gives you motivation to strive & work for that goal. It's hard to give up something if we feel that we are giving it up for good/can never have it again. It's easier to say "Ok I'm giving this up for only 6 weeks. I can deal for 6 weeks " it's all about having a goal/date to achieve the goal where we can reward ourselves at the end.
