This latest news has me thinking that maybe a quick, effective and compact at-home exercise routine not only exists, but is worth a try. ** The idea is that each of the exercises should be done for duration of 30 seconds with 10 second rest intervals, for a total of 7 minutes.
The "7-Minute" Full-Body Workout That Really Works. The exercises should be performed in rapid succession, allowing 30 seconds for each with a 10-second rest between exercises. Though it says "7 minute" work out, the man who created it said in order to get what the experts call a "full body" workout you need to repeat it three times!
