I like this idea to track my PBC symptoms though I try to avoid meds so it would need some tweaking.

I'm still looking for a better way to track all the variables (food/sleep/triggers), but this week was bad enough to warrant its own chart.

Use monthly and then transfer to the yearly with averages.
