I love this ab move: Frogger Swivels. Start in a high strong plank, arms stacked underneath shoulders. Bring opposite knee to outside of opposite elbow, twisting from your core. Repeat on the other side then, quickly, jump both feet forward landing on the outsides of your hands (into frogger).
