Work out those thighs and get ready for summer! -- OKAY LADIES! Here's my "body image issue" pet peeve #2!... You can tone all you like but fat cannot be toned! Just ask my own thighs and trust me, I have some muscles under my "thunder thighs".
These are the best moves to get those toned thighs and legs! --although I find the term 'thunder thighs' rather rude.
