Red Velvet Chex mix: Ingredients: 5 C. Rice Chex cereal, 3/4 C. white chocolate melts or chips, 1/4 C. chocolate melts or chips, 2 oz cream cheese room temp, 1 1/2 Tbsp. milk, 1 C. Red Velvet Cake mix, 1/2 C. powdered sugar, Valentines colored M's or other candies, Heart sprinkles for extra decoration and cute-ness
Homemade Magic Shell 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips (or your favorite flavor) 1/4 cup coconut oil Combine ingredients in a wide microwave safe bowl, heat at 30 second intervals until chips are almost completely melted. Stir to combine and allow to cool. Transfer to a tall mason jar. Dip into jar or pour topping over frozen treats. COOK'S NOTE: Once the chocolate cools completely it does become firm.
Cupcake Frosting !All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip. A great frosting spread on cakes and piped onto cupcakes, a tasty filling in crepes or on waffles along with some fruit.
