Extremely Creamy Cheese Sauce 3 Ways – Macaroni & Cheese

S - Broccoli Salad * 1 bunch of fresh broccoli, cleaned and cut up 1/2 c red onion, finely chopped 3/4 c mayo (cloud use lite) 2 Tblsp white vinegar Truvia to taste About 6 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled (could use turkey) 1/4 c sunflower seeds  Put broccoli and onion in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix mayo, vinegar and Truvia together. Pour over broccoli mix. Stir in bacon and sunflower seeds just before serving.
